    1. @Theresa M Please take actual suplement. Yeast is not relatable source! Take multi so you have all B vitamins (B12 is extremely important).

    4. Thank you for sharing all this. I’m glad that you are taking care of yourself. Have you read any of Eckhart Tolle’s books? I find Tolle’s advice and life outlook, as unusual as it may seem, very helpful in dealing with anxiety and depression.
