Guys, i’ve been wanting to make vegan fall pumpkin spice drink for a long time. Today, i am sharing with you pumpkin spice latte recipe drink using instant pot.

FEEL FREE MAKING IT VEGAN OR REGULAR. ADD AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE OF SPICES YOU WANT 🙂

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE:
INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces brewed coffee (or 1–2 shots of espresso)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut
3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon organic cloves
2 teaspoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
sprinkle of cinnamon
3 tbs spoons of almond milk to make foam .

-SET YOUR INSTANT POT TO SAUTEE SETTING FOR ABOUT 2-3 MIN
-BREW COFFEE
-HEAT UP MILK AND ADD PUMPKIN PUREE AND BLEND IT ALL TOGETHER
-POUR IN A POT AND ADD THE REST OF THE SPICES
-POUR COFFEE IN A CUP
-POUR PUMPKIN SPICE MIXTURE AS WELL
-BLEND ALMOND OR COCONUT MILK AND MAKE SOME FOAM
-ADD THE FOAM TO YOUR DRINK
-SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON OR PUMPKIN SPICE.
-SERVE IMMEDIATELY
